Turmoil is a simulation with pleasing visuals and humor, inspired by the 19th-century North American oil race. Taste the competition and rivalry of the time as you follow the path of a successful oil magnate. As you earn money from drilling and selling oil, the city will grow with you.

Rent land at the city auction and look for oil. Build a rig, create an efficient piping system and bring up the oil to store it in the silos. Sell the oil at the best time to maximize your profits. Then buy essential upgrades in the city to cope with the rocks, gas and ice. Buy more city shares at the auction than your competitors so you can be the new mayor.
